     A presumptuous graduate and adulthood newborn with lofty dreams of grandeur gets a brazen reality check in the opening stretch of the great Rat Race. Set in the small rural town of Handsboro, MS, Lovable Loser – Jalil Bakari Moore has lived a life of over-achievement. All-City MVP during his little league days in football and basketball, voted "Best Dressed" in middle school, and voted "Most Likely to Succeed" in high school. After his full ride at the prestigious Magnolia A&M University, Jalil graduates Summa Cum Laude and is about to embark upon a life of prosperity and success... or so he thinks.
